For average head size, here is my suggestion:
12”-14”: 2bundles
16”-20”: 3 bundles
22”-30”: 4 bundles or more

Each of our collections have longevity, depending on care and maintenance. On average our customers can use their extensions up to 2-3 years after the first install, if cared for properly.  

Co-washing simply means washing with conditioner. It  can extend the life of your extensions and keep them healthy. We recommend a co-wash twice a week with a moisturizing conditioner to ensure your hair gets the nutrients and moisture it needs. When you first receive your extensions, it is important to co-wash the hair.  Shampooing the hair can strip the hair entirely too much of its moisture, which we recommend performing this task twice a month. Always use WARM water, as hot water will overexpose the cuticle of the hair.

Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: When it is burnt, human hair has white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash.

We will ship the hair within 24 hours after receiving your full payment. （Except weekends and holidays）

Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style our virgin hair . However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled. It's best to give your hair more care after styling.

Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for the original colour to fade.

We ship the parcel by FedEx or DHL. It normally takes about 2~3 workdays to USA. 3~4 workdays to UK. And 5~6 workdays to Africa and other countries.

When you place the order with us, we will send the tracking number to you, then you copy the tracking number and go to FedEx or DHL website to track your order. Also, we will update the order information to you everyday. Alternatively, you can check the status of your package through our website.
