About Return and Exchange:
---Without any quality problem
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product.
If you want to return an item, please contact us first by sending an email to support@hayahair.com. You are required return the item within 7 days once it is received. Please keep the item in original condition, items that has been used or damaged is not returnable any more.(Noted: Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 7 days refund.)
Return for exchange: you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference
Return for refund: $30 will be remove on your refund when we receive the return package (it is the shipping fee we sent the package to you).
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Please fill in the value of the declaration within 15 dollars, and declare the synthetic hair,
otherwise the tariff will be deducted from the total amount of the order.
We don't have return label, you can try to use the USPS return for it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We don't have return label, and we only have the return information. If you need to return, please kindly contact us via email first after you receive the parcel. We will send you the return steps and return information according to the condition, then you can try to use the USPS ship back to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hayahair.com.
